• First No Show: A 50% service fee will apply, and a $50 deposit will be required for any future bookings.
• Second No Show: 100% of the service fee will be charged, and you will no longer be able to book without prepaying for the entire amount of service.
• Early Arrivals: You may wait comfortably in our designated sitting area until your appointment.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, resulting in the loss of our deposit ($50) and 50% of the service fee. We do have a 15-minute grace period.
• Cancellations: Kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance by texting (507) 322-8239. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule to protect the health and safety of others.

The health and safety of our clients and team are our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving health risks (e.g., lice, infections, open wounds) or inappropriate behavior.

• Arrive With Clean Lashes: Please come with lashes free of oils, makeup, and residue. If a lash bath is needed, a $15 cleaning fee will be added. If removal is required, a $30 removal fee will apply.
• No Contact Lenses: Please remove contact lenses before your appointment.
• No Guests: To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, only clients are permitted in the studio.
• Avoid Caffeine and Smoking: Please refrain from consuming caffeine or smoking before your session.

• The lash removal process involves the use of a chemical adhesive remover designed to break down the bond of the lash glue. As the remover interacts with the adhesive, its effectiveness may decrease, which is a normal part of the process.
• By choosing to proceed with any lash service, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the lash artist from any claims, damages, legal actions, expenses, or liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) that may result from the procedure or any lash products purchased from us. You understand and accept that the lash artist is not responsible for any complications related to the service or the care and maintenance of lash extensions afterward.
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept the potential risks associated with lash extensions. These risks may include, but are not limited to, eye irritation, discomfort, pain, allergic reactions, or, in extremely rare cases, more serious complications such as vision issues.
• If you experience any adverse reactions, such as redness, swelling, itching, or puffiness, during or after your appointment, please contact us immediately for lash removal or seek prompt medical attention.
